Human Resources Policies. The University human resources systems adopted by the University pursuant to governing law and this policy, as set forth in Section V above, shall embody the following human resources policies and principles:
Human Resources Policies. (a) Project Co shall ensure that there are set up and maintained by it and by all Project Co Parties, human resources policies and procedures covering all relevant matters relating to the Project Operations (including, for example, health and safety). Project Co shall ensure that the terms and the implementation of such policies and procedures comply with Applicable Law, Authority Requirements, the Collective Agreement, Hospital HR Policy and Good Industry Practice and that they are published in written form and that copies of them (and any revisions and amendments to them) are directly issued to HRRH and all Project Co Parties.
Human Resources Policies. As part of its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement in all areas, the Library will ensure that its current Human Resources policies, practices and procedures reflect a culture of mutual trust and respect demonstrating fairness and consistency. This includes policy support for the provision of various medically recognised proactive health initiatives. In keeping with this commitment the Library will continue to provide access for employees to independent and confidential Employee Assistance Programs. The Library will continue to progressively integrate training in all Human Resources policies, practices and procedures into its annual Corporate Training and Development calendar, including a comprehensive induction program for all newly appointed employees and managers.
Human Resources Policies. The Employee agrees to comply with all policies applying to term appointments that may reasonably be issued by the Employer from time to time. The Employee agrees that the introduction, amendment and administration of such policies are within the sole discretion of the Employer. If the Employer introduces, amends or deletes such policies as conditions warrant, such introduction, deletion or amendment shall not constitute a constructive dismissal or breach of this agreement. If there is a direct conflict between this Agreement and any such policy, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Human Resources Policies. The Employee agrees to comply with all policies, procedures, rules and regulations (“policies”) applying to the Employee that may reasonably be issued and as amended by the Employer from time to time. The Employee agrees that the introduction, amendment, administration and deletion of all policies are within the sole discretion of the Employer and shall not constitute a constructive dismissal. If there is a direct conflict between this Agreement and any such policy, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Human Resources Policies. The Union and the Company agree to abide by the current Company policies and programs in the AskHR database for Siemens Healthineers unless this Agreement provides otherwise.
Human Resources Policies. You are expected to familiarise yourself and comply with the terms of the Company’s policies which may be found on its intranet or through HR. Likewise, you are entitled to the benefits of the Company’s Human Resources Policies including those which cover occupational health and safety, leave, travel on company business, anti-discrimination, workplace harassment, and other matters. Amcor may vary or replace the terms of its human resources policies and introduce new policies from time to time. The Company will notify you of any variation or new policy by posting copies of the policy on noticeboards at your location or on the Company’s intranet and by making all policies available for your inspection.
Human Resources Policies. 14.1. The University and its staff recognise the importance of best practice in the implementation of policies and directives that are related to the conditions and benefits affecting employment of staff at the University.
