PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EXAMINATIONS. A. The OCFT recognizes the necessity for competence in the classroom and shall support efforts to insure educational excellence to the children of this district. B. The OCFT recognizes that physical and/or mental examinations may be required of certificated staff members to determine the fitness to continue employment. The OCFT further recognizes that teachers should not be harassed by unwarranted and expensive examinations needlessly. If the Board requires a teacher to undergo a mental or physical examination the following conditions shall prevail:
