Physical Office Space eXp has a cloud-based office and as such does not invest in physical bricks-and-mortar infrastructure, except as where required by the State Department of Licensing laws. Agents are encouraged to contact their local affiliates, title and escrow companies, lenders, banks and other organizations with whom they work if they need physical space to meet clients. ​ Where allowed by law and MLS rules, Agents who have achieved the level of associate broker and have agreed to policies relating to the opening of an eXp office may, with approval from eXp, be permitted to have a branded eXp office. Agents shall be responsible for compliance with all local and state laws regarding their branch office. This includes, but is not limited to, meetings, licensing, advertising, and signage requirements. ​ eXp may itself open and operate, or authorize the opening and operation of, an eXp office (“Branch Office”). Any Branch Office that eXp authorizes an Agent to open and operate will be paid for by the Agent or Agents who have agreed to open that office, and no obligation relating to that office will transfer to eXp. Any financial obligation with regard to opening and/or maintaining a Branch Office will be at the expense of the Agent(s) who opened the Branch Office including any fines for non-compliance and renewal fees. ​ Please ask the State Broker for the Branch Office Agreement and talk to the State Broker to see if the Agent qualifies. Branch Offices must be pre-approved in writing (through a Branch Office Agreement) by eXp prior to operation, advertising, or opening.   • Office Space All faculty members teaching one-half time or more shall be provided with office space on the campus where the majority of their courses are taught. Further, the Employer will, upon the request of a faculty member, complete Income Tax Form No.T2200 (Declaration of Employment Conditions - Office or Employment Expense).

  • Premises defective, dangerous or unsafe condition of the facilities; falls; collisions with objects, walls, equipment or persons; dangerous, unsafe, or irregular conditions on floors, ice, or other surfaces, extreme weather conditions; travel to and from premises.

  • Space Bearing in mind the respective competences of the Community, its Member States and the European Space Agency the Parties shall promote, where appropriate, long term co-operation in the areas of civil space research, development and commercial applications. The Parties will pay particular attention to initiatives making full use of the complementarity of their respective space activities.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • RELOCATION OF PREMISES Landlord shall have the right to relocate the Premises to another part of the Building in accordance with the following: (a) The new premises shall be substantially the same in size, dimensions, configuration, decor and nature as the Premises described in this Lease, and if the relocation occurs after the Commencement Date, shall be placed in that condition by Landlord at its cost. (b) Landlord shall give Tenant at least thirty (30) days written notice of Landlord’s intention to relocate the Premises. (c) As nearly as practicable, the physical relocation of the Premises shall take place on a weekend and shall be completed before the following Monday. If the physical relocation has not been completed in that time, Base Rent shall axxxx in full from the time the physical relocation commences to the time it is completed. Upon completion of such relocation, the new premises shall become the “Premises” under this Lease. (d) All reasonable costs incurred by Tenant as a result of the relocation shall be paid by Landlord. (e) If the new premises are smaller than the Premises as it existed before the relocation, Base Rent shall be reduced proportionately or Tenant has the option to terminate the Lease Agreement. (f) The parties hereto shall immediately execute an amendment to this Lease setting forth the relocation of the Premises and the reduction of Base Rent, if any.

  • Building and Improvements Lessor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy or policies in the name of Lessor, with loss payable to Lessor and to any Lender(s), insuring against loss or damage to the Premises. Such insurance shall be for full replacement cost, as the same shall exist from time to time, or the amount required by any Lender(s), but in no event more than the commercially reasonable and available insurable value thereof if, by reason of the unique nature or age of the improvements involved, such latter amount is less than full replacement cost. Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, Trade Fixtures and Lessee's personal property shall be insured by Lessee pursuant to Paragraph 8.

  • Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Subleased Premises Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant and Subtenant hereby subleases from Sublandlord for the term, at the rental, and upon all of the conditions set forth herein, the Subleased Premises.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.
