Team Names. 8.1 Returning Head Coaches who are remaining in the same division as the previous season can opt to keep their team name. This is always an option. In the event that the Returning Head Coach declines, that team name goes into the “team name pool”. Note: Registered Assistant Coaches who have become Registered Head Coaches do not retain any rights to a team name from the previous year (when they were not a Head Coach in that division).

Team Names. Team names may be chosen by the Owner but are subject to approval by the WBDA. Team names shall not conflict with, be misleadingly similarly to disparage and/or infringe upon the trademarks or copyrights another.

Team Names. Team names shall conform with the real estate licensing laws and rules in effect in the state(s) in which the team name is being used. A team leader shall select a proposed team name upon formation of a team. Regardless of whether or not state requirements allow use of the terms “Realty” or “Real Estate” in a team name, eXp does not allow the use of such terms in a team name of any Agents. The proposed team name must be presented by the team leader to his or her State Broker for approval. A team name may only be used if, and after, it has been approved in writing by the team leader’s State Broker. For team registration requirements, Agents should consult their state-specific policies and procedures and their state broker team.

  • Business Names Other than its full corporate name, Borrower has not conducted business using any trade names or fictitious business names except as shown on the Supplement.
