  • Personnel Security 6.1 Staff recruitment in accordance with government requirements for pre- employment checks; 6.2 Staff training and awareness of Departmental security and any specific contract requirements.

  • Physical Security Contractor shall ensure that Medi-Cal PII is used and stored in an area that is physically safe from access by unauthorized persons during working hours and non- working hours. Contractor agrees to safeguard Medi-Cal PII from loss, theft or inadvertent disclosure and, therefore, agrees to: A. Secure all areas of Contractor facilities where personnel assist in the administration of the Medi-Cal program and use or disclose Medi-Cal PII. The Contractor shall ensure that these secure areas are only accessed by authorized individuals with properly coded key cards, authorized door keys or access authorization; and access to premises is by official identification. B. Ensure that there are security guards or a monitored alarm system with or without security cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at Contractor facilities and leased facilities where a large volume of Medi-Cal PII is stored. C. Issue Contractor personnel who assist in the administration of the Medi-Cal program identification badges and require County Workers to wear the identification badges at facilities where Medi-Cal PII is stored or used. D. Store paper records with Medi-Cal PII in locked spaces, such as locked file cabinets, locked file rooms, locked desks or locked offices in facilities which are multi-use (meaning that there are personnel other than contractor personnel using common areas that are not securely segregated from each other.) The contractor shall have policies which indicate that Contractor and their personnel are not to leave records with Medi-Cal PII unattended at any time in vehicles or airplanes and not to check such records in baggage on commercial airlines. E. Use all reasonable measures to prevent non-authorized personnel and visitors from having access to, control of, or viewing Medi-Cal PII.

  • The Contractor must 16.1.1. treat all Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Authority Protected Information against disclosure; 16.1.2. only use the Authority Protected Information for the purposes of performing its obligations under the Framework Agreement; 16.1.3. only disclose the Authority Protected Information to such Contractor Representatives that are directly involved in the performance of the Framework Agreement and need to know the information; and 16.1.4. not disclose any Authority Protected Information without the prior written consent of the Authority.

  • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.

  • Technical Security Controls 35 a. Workstation/Laptop encryption. All workstations and laptops that store PHI COUNTY 36 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of 37 COUNTY either directly or temporarily must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which 1 is 128bit or higher, such as AES. The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the 2 COUNTY.

  • The Contractor A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct the Improvements. Such general contractor (“Contractor”) shall be selected by Tenant from a list of general contractors supplied by Landlord, and Tenant shall deliver to Landlord notice of its selection of the Contractor upon such selection.

  • Contractor Certification regarding Boycotting Israel Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies Contractor (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement.   • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • Independent Contractor; Authority Notwithstanding the Services provided by the Administrator pursuant to this Agreement, the Administrator shall be deemed to be an independent contractor with respect to the Services. The management, policies and operations of the Parties (including the ultimate approval of the making or disposition of the Painting by the Issuer or Masterworks Cayman, and the terms and conditions thereof) shall be the responsibility of the Parties other than the Administrator.
