Common use of Physician’s Examination Clause in Contracts

Physician’s Examination. The College may require examination by a physician of its choosing, at its expense, for any faculty member whom it believes may be unable to perform his/her duties due to illness, disability or incapacity. Refusal to submit to such examination will be grounds for termination.

Physician’s Examination. The College may require examination by a physician of its choosing, at its expense, for any faculty member facility employee whom it believes may be unable be, able or unable, to perform hisher/her his duties due to illness, disability or incapacity. Refusal to submit to such examination will be grounds for termination.

Physician’s Examination. The College may require examination by a physician doctor of its choosing, at its expense, for any faculty bargaining unit member whom it believes may be able or unable to perform his/her their duties due to illness, disability or incapacity. Refusal to submit to such examination will be grounds for termination.
