Common use of Piece Work Clause in Contracts

Piece Work. Both parties agree that there shall be no piece work permitted on any type of work covered by this Agreement, either inside or outside of the shop. The Employer, or agent of the Union, or employee covered by this Agreement shall not give or accept, directly or indirectly, any rebate of wages.
