Moving of Mobile Homes. Where an employee on relocation owns and is living in a mobile home, the Employer shall arrange and pay for the following:
(a) Moving of single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on the highway with a permit, including any skirting, cabanas or attachments. Where mobile homes in excess of the above are involved the Employer will pay:
(1) the equivalent cost of moving a single wide mobile trailer or home up to a maximum width allowed on highway with a permit; or
(2) the real estate and legal fees involved in selling the extra wide trailer up to a maximum of three thousand, five hundred dollars ($3,500).
(b) Comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels and trailer during the move up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
(c) The setting up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide at the new location to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500), upon production of receipts.
(d) The packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels, if required. Where an employee opts under this section to have a mobile home moved, there shall be no entitlement to the provisions of Sections 2.4 and 2.12.
Moving of Mobile Homes. On relocation, an employee who owns a mobile home may opt to have his/her mobile home moved by the Employer in either of the following circumstances:
(a) Where an employee's mobile home is moved by the Employer under this Section, then the Employer shall also arrange and pay for the following: moving of single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on the highway with a permit including any skirting, cabana or attachments. Where mobile homes in excess of the above are involved, the Employer will pay: the equivalent cost of moving a single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on highways with a permit; or the real estate and legal fees involved in selling the extra wide trailer up to a maximum of three thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($3,850). comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels and trailer during the move up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000); the setting up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide, at the new location to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) upon production of receipts; the packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels if required.
(b) Where an employee is living in a mobile home and chooses to move the mobile home to the new area, the employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for costs covered in (a) above up to a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) upon production of receipts.
Moving of Mobile Homes. (a) On relocation, an employee who owns a mobile home may opt to have his mobile home moved by the Employer in either of the following circumstances:
(1) where the employee's new headquarters area is on the list of isolated areas, providing no suitable accommodation is available, or
(2) where an employee is living in a mobile home which has moved to its present location by the Employer or the government of British Columbia, and the employee's headquarters prior to the impending relocation is named on the list of isolated locations.
(b) Where an employee's mobile home is moved by the Employer under this Section then the Employer shall also arrange and pay for the following:
(1) moving of single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on the highway with a permit including any skirting, cabanas or attachments. Where mobile homes in excessive of the above are involved, the Employer will pay: ➢ the equivalent cost of moving a single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on highways with a permit, or ➢ the real estate and legal fees involved in selling the extra wide trailer up to a maximum of thirty-five hundred dollars ($3,500);
(2) comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels and trailer during the move up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000);
(3) the setting up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide, at the new location to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) upon production of receipts;
(4) the packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels if required.
(c) Where an employee is living in a mobile home and is not included in (a) above, and chooses to move the mobile home to the new headquarters area, the employee shall be entitled to reimbursements for costs covered in (b) above up to a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) upon production of receipts.
(d) Where the employee opts under this Section to have a mobile home moved, there shall be no entitlement to the provisions of Section 2.4 and 2.10.

(2) comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels and trailer during the move up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000);
(3) the setting up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide, at the new location to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) upon production of receipts;
(4) the packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels if required.

(a) Moving of mobile trailer or home up to twelve (12) feet wide including any skirting, cabanas, or attachments. Where mobile homes in excess of twelve (12) feet are involved, the Employer will pay the equivalent cost of moving a twelve (12) foot mobile home, or the real estate and legal fees involved in selling the extra wide trailer up to a maximum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
(b) Comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels, and trailer during the move up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
(c) The setting-up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide at the new location to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) upon production of receipts.
(d) The packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels, if required.
Moving of Mobile Homes. On relocation, the Commission shall arrange and pay for the following:
(a) Moving of single wide mobile trailer or home up to maximum width allowed on highway with a permit including any skirting, cabanas or attachments. Where mobile homes in excess of the above are involved, the Commission will pay: • The equivalent cost of moving a single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on highway with a permit; or • The real estate and legal fees involved in selling the extra wide trailer up to a maximum of four thousand dollars ($4000).
(b) Comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels and trailer during the move up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
(c) The setting up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide at the new location to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) upon production of receipts.
(d) The packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels if required.
(e) Where an employee is living in a mobile home and chooses to move the mobile home to the new headquarters area, the employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for costs covered in (a) above up to a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) upon production of receipts.
(f) Where the employee opts under this section to have a mobile home moved, there shall be no entitlement to the provisions of 4 and 12.
Moving of Mobile Homes. (a) On relocation, an employee who owns a mobile home may opt to have the mobile home moved by the Commission in either of the following circumstances:
(i) where the employee's new headquarters area is on the list of isolated areas, providing no suitable accommodation is available, or
(ii) where an employee is living in a mobile home which was moved to its present location by the Commission, and the employee's headquarters prior to the impending relocation is named on the list of isolated locations.
(b) Where an employee's mobile home is moved by the Commission under this section then the Commission shall also arrange and pay for the following:
(i) moving of single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on highway with a permit including any skirting, cabanas or attachments. Where mobile homes in excess of the above are involved, the Commission will pay: - the equivalent cost of moving a single wide mobile trailer or home up to the maximum width allowed on highways with a permit, or - the real estate and legal fees involved in selling the extra wide trailer up to a maximum of
(ii) comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels and trailer during the move up to a maximum of $60,000.
(iii) the setting up and levelling of a mobile home or double wide at the new location to a maximum of $625.20 effective date of ratification and $637.70 effective July 1, 2013 upon production of receipts.
(iv) The packing and unpacking of the employee's household effects and chattels if required.
(c) Where an employee is living in a mobile home and is not included in (a) above, and chooses to move the mobile home to the new headquarters area the employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for costs covered in (b) above up to a maximum of $2,605 effective date of ratification and $2,657.10 effective
(d) Where the employee opts under this section to have a mobile home moved, there shall be no entitlement to the provisions of 2.04 and 2.10.

(ii) comprehensive insurance to adequately protect the employee's household effects, chattels and trailer during the move up to a maximum of $60,000.
