Pilot SOW. Each Pilot SOW may be converted to an SOW at any time during the Pilot Period pursuant to mutual agreement, provided, however, that each Pilot SOW may be extended for up to three (3) months at Advanta’s election by written notice to Supplier thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Pilot Period. Advanta may terminate a Pilot SOW on fifteen (15) days prior written notice to Supplier during the Pilot Period, and shall pay ******.   • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).

  • Acceptance Testing The MCP must have the capability to report all elements in the Minimum Data Set as set forth in the ODJFS Encounter Data Specifications and must submit a test file in the ODJFS-specified medium in the required formats prior to contracting or prior to an information systems replacement or update. Acceptance testing of encounter data is required as specified in Section 29(a)(v) of this Appendix.

  • Project Schedule Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the Project Schedule.
