Common use of Pilots Clause in Contracts

Pilots. For all flights of the Aircraft by Recipient pursuant to this Agreement, Provider shall cause the Aircraft to be operated by pilots who are duly qualified under the Federal Aviation Regulations, including without limitation, with respect to currency and type-rating, and who meet all other requirements established and specified by the insurance policies required hereunder.

Pilots. For all flights of the Aircraft by Recipient pursuant to this Agreement, Provider each party shall cause the its Aircraft to be operated by pilots who are duly qualified under the Federal Aviation Regulations, including without limitation, with respect to currency and type-rating, and who meet all other requirements established and specified by the insurance policies required hereunder.

For all flights of the Aircraft by Recipient for Executive pursuant to this Agreement, as between Provider and Executive, Provider shall cause the Aircraft to be operated by pilots who are duly qualified under the Federal Aviation Regulations, including without limitation, limitation with respect to currency and type-rating, and who meet all other requirements established and specified by the FAA and the insurance policies required hereunder.

Pilots. For all flights of the Aircraft by Recipient pursuant to this Agreement, Provider shall cause the Aircraft to be operated by pilots who are duly qualified under the Federal Aviation Regulationsqualified, including without limitation, with respect to currency and type-rating, and who meet all other requirements established and specified by the insurance policies required hereunder.
