Place of manufacture. Title and risk of loss and damages to the Products shall pass to Trinity upon release to Trinity's designated carrier.

Title to Product and risk of loss shall pass to a Distributor or Independent Operator (as defined in Section 7.5), as the case may be, when Product is physically received by such Distributor or Independent Operator.
