PLAN A - Parental Leave Without Parental Leave Allowance. In order to qualify for Plan A - Parental Leave Without Parental Leave Allowance an employee must: (a) Have successfully completed his/her probationary period of employment with the Employer; (b) Be working for the Employer on the date of application for Parental Leave; (c) Submit to the Employer an application in writing for Parental Leave at least four (4) weeks before the day specified by him/her in the application as the day on which he/she intends to commence such leave.
