PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS. Unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement or the City Resolution, the Developer shall comply with, to the satisfaction of the City, all of the requirements set forth in the City Resolution, to the satisfaction of the City, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property.

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS. Unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, the Developer shall comply with, to the satisfaction of the City, all of the requirements set forth in the Resolution No. 20- 091, including, but not limited to, Section 2. of Resolution No. 20-091 as it specifically relates to the Property only, to the satisfaction of the City and prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property.
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS. Unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Amendment or the City Resolution, the Developer shall comply with all of the requirements set forth in the City Resolution for the development and use of the Cottages Property, to the satisfaction of the City, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Cottages Property (other than those already issued as of the date of this Amendment). The Cottages Property is part of the overall SilverCreek on Main campus (hereinafter referred to as the “Campus”), which Campus is subject to the PUD Agreement. Regardless of common ownership, the Campus shall be operated together with all residents allowed the same rights to use Campus facilities and amenities.

Any addition to the 400,000 square foot building shall require a PUD – Development Stage Plan amendment.

  • Development Requirements The exterior wall standards set forth in this section shall apply to the structures located on the Property. At least ninety percent (90%) of the combined exterior surface area of all walls, including all stories of buildings / structures, shall consist of stone, brick, painted or tinted stucco, and factory tinted (not painted) split faced concrete masonry unit or similar material approved by the Director of Planning.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement.
