Common use of PLANT COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

PLANT COMMITTEE. 12.01 The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and a Plant Committee of five (5) stewards, one from each crew and one (1) from the skilled trades; selected from the regular employees of the Company engaged in jobs covered by the bargaining unit. The Committee will represent all employees covered by this Agreement in matters pertaining to grievances, or alleged grievances concerning the application of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The name and area of each of the stewards and the name of the Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, from time to time selected, shall be given to the Company in writing and posted and maintained by the Union on the notice board as provided in Art. 11. 01. The Union xxxxxxx and Safety xxxxxxx shall not be transferred from his/her crew to another crew whilst work is available in the xxxxxxx’x classification on the xxxxxxx’x crew. 12.02 The Company undertakes to instruct all members of its supervisory staff to cooperate with the stewards in the carrying out of the terms and requirements of this Agreement. 12.03 The Union undertakes to secure from its officers, stewards and members, their cooperation with the Company and with all persons representing the Company in a supervisory capacity, in the carrying out of the terms and requirements of this Agreement. 12.04 The xxxxxxx may request relief from assigned duties to investigate a grievance arising from this Agreement without deduction in pay. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. This right is granted on the following conditions: a) The time shall be devoted to the prompt handling of the grievance b) The time away from productive work shall be reported in accordance with the time keeping methods of the department in which the xxxxxxx is employed. c) The Company reserves the right to limit such time if it deems the time so taken to be excessive. 12.05 The Nurse’s office, or another suitable location within the plant will be provided to the Union Chairperson when he has business to discuss with a xxxxxxx on another crew. Similarly, such suitable location will be made available for other private Union conversations. In either case permission will not be unreasonably withheld.

The Company also agrees to recognize one (1) additional floating representative. The Company also acknowledges the right of the Union to establish a Bargaining Committee consisting of not more than four (4) persons, consisting of the Chairperson, a Skilled Trades Representative and two (2) employees from production who have served their probationary period, plus the President of C.A.W. Local 4207 and a Representative from the skilled trades; selected from the regular employees of the Company engaged in jobs covered by the bargaining unit. The Committee will represent all employees covered by this Agreement in matters pertaining to grievances, or alleged grievances concerning the application of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. C.A.W. – Canada. 5.02 The name and area jurisdiction of each of the stewards and the name names of the chairperson and members of the Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, Committee from time to time selected, shall be given to the Company in writing and posted and maintained the Company shall not be required to recognize any such xxxxxxx or committee person until it has been notified in writing by the Union of the name and jurisdiction of same. 5.03 The Company will post on the notice bulletin board as provided in Art. 11. 01. Such business must be between the Union and/or the employee and the management. b. The time shall be devoted to the prompt handling of necessary Union business. c. The xxxxxxx concerned shall obtain the grievancepermission of the supervisor concerned before leaving his/her work. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. b) d. The time away from productive work shall be reported in accordance with the time keeping methods of the department in which the xxxxxxx is employed. 4.06 The Company agrees to grant reasonable time to stewards for the processing of grievances and the Union agrees that such right shall not be misused and the provisions of Section 4.05 sub-sections (c) and(d) shall apply. 4.07 The President of the Local Union, or in his/her absence theVice- President, will be recognized as an ex-officio member of all committees. The Company reserves agrees torecognizethemassuchand the right Local Union President or Vice-President will be permitted to limit attend all meetings between Union and Management on all matters arising fromtheprovisions of this agreement. Inaddition if the Local Union President desiresaccesstothe Company plant he/she shall notify the Company Human Resources Manager in advance. He/she will then be granted access provided such time if it deems access does not unreasonably interfere with the time so taken efficient operations of the Company’s business. 4.08 The Plant Chairperson will be supplied on a monthly basis with written information listing new hires, including department and classifications, discharges, resignations, lay-offs, recalls, changes in classification and transfers for employees covered by this agreement. Said information shall be provided no later than the 15thof any one month. Every six months the Company will supply the Plant Chairperson with a complete current mailing list of the employees covered by this agreement. The Company agrees to provide the Plant Chairperson with an office that will include a telephone (with voice mail), filing cabinet, desk and chairs. The Company retains theright to withdrawoffice privileges for misuse or abuseafter consultationwiththe National Union Representative. The Plant Chairperson will be granted free access to other work areas during his/her working hours provided advance notification is given tohis/her supervisor andprovided the Plant Chairperson notifies the supervisor of the work area he/she is visiting immediately uponentrytosucharea. It isunderstoodandagreed that access may be delayed due to pressing customer or other business requirements. 4.09 The Company will provide for aonehour orientationperiodfor new employees to be excessiveheld once per month. 12.05 The Nurse’s office4.10 Any employee who is to receive a performance review with an “unsatisfactory” rating, or another suitable location within the plant will be provided may request their area xxxxxxx to the Union Chairperson when he has business to discuss with a xxxxxxx on another crew. Similarly, such suitable location will be made available for other private Union conversations. In either case permission will not be unreasonably withheldattend as an observer only.

PLANT COMMITTEE. 12.01 (a) The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and from the plant union membership, a Plant Committee composed of five not more than three (53) stewards and three (3) alternate stewards, one from each crew and one (1) to be assigned to each active shift. The committee shall meet monthly to maintain a harmonious relationship between management and labour. The committee shall be paid at their straight time hourly rate for attendance at scheduled meetings held on Company premises. The Union Business representative may sit in on any and all such meetings. Notification of the Union Business representative shall be the responsibility of the committeeperson. (b) Each member of the above committee shall have at least one (1) year of seniority with working hours of the plant, subject to prior notification to the Company. 4:01 (c) The Union agrees to notify the Company in writing from time to time of the names of the members of the Plant Committee and the effective date of their appointment. 4:01 (d) If the Union Xxxxxxx is absent from the skilled trades; selected from the regular employees Company’s employment Beca use of illness or leave of absence, the Company engaged will recognize an alternate xxxxxxx on that shift. 4:02 The Union will notify the Company in jobs covered by the bargaining unit. The Committee will represent all employees covered by this Agreement in matters pertaining to grievances, or alleged grievances concerning the application writing of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The name and area of each of the stewards and the name of the Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, from time to time selected, shall be given to the Company in writing and posted and maintained by the Union on the notice board as provided in Art. 11. 01Business Representative. The Union Business representative shall be allowed to enter the Company’s Prince Road premises to deal with the administration of this Agreement, provided he does not interfere with the normal operation of the Company. Such entry is limited to the normal working hours of the plant, subject to prior notification to the Company. 4:03 For the purpose of layoff, the xxxxxxx shall be established on the seniority list as first man provided they have the necessary skills and Safety xxxxxxx qualifications. This will not apply to alternate stewards. 4:04 The Company agrees to pay Union Stewards at their regular rate of pay for a reasonable amount of time spent dealing with grievances in the plant during the Union Xxxxxxx’x regular working hours, and does not include time spent on grievances after they have reached the arbitration stage. The above procedure shall also apply to group grievances. 4:05 The Union recognizes and agrees that stewards as well as other employees have regular duties to perform. Stewards will notify their supervisor of the department where they are respectively employed and shall be permitted during their working hours without loss of time or pay to attend to Union business requirements including but not limited to dues receipts, Workers Compensation issues, leaves of absence issues, and discussions with management, un ion, and workers with complaints or grievances, subject to a maximum absence from their regular duties of one (1) hour within the hours comprising one working day. The time may be extended with mutual agreement of the supervisor and xxxxxxx. (Such approval shall not be transferred from his/her crew to another crew whilst work is available in the xxxxxxx’x classification on the xxxxxxx’x crewunjustly withheld. 12.02 The Company undertakes to instruct all members of its supervisory staff to cooperate with the stewards in the carrying out of the terms and requirements of this Agreement. 12.03 The Union undertakes to secure from its officers, stewards and members, their cooperation with the Company and with all persons representing the Company in a supervisory capacity) Whenever, in the carrying out opinion of the terms and requirements supervisor concerned more than a reasonable period of this Agreement. 12.04 The xxxxxxx may request relief from assigned duties to investigate a grievance arising from this Agreement without deduction in pay. The Company will be provided confirm to the Union Chairperson Business Representative such action in writing by registered mail, telegram or FAX machine. Failure of the Company to comply with this procedure will render the dismissal or suspension null and void. 4:07 The Company agrees to make available to the Union Stewards an in-plant Union Office, for their exclusive use when he has business conducting union business, including computer, printer and internet access, subject to discuss Company policies. 4:08 The Company will provide a glass enclosed, locked bulletin board conspicuously placed for the exclusive use of the Union. 4:09 The Company agrees that a xxxxxxx may provide newly-hired probationary employees with a xxxxxxx on another crewfifteen (15) minute orientation at a time mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Union. Similarly, The Company may be present during such suitable location orientation. Whenever possible such orientation will be made available held prior to the employees commencing work. The time allotted shall be for other private Union conversations. In either case permission will a group orientation and not be unreasonably withheldfor individual orientation of each employee.

PLANT COMMITTEE. 12.01 The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and a Plant Committee herein referred to as “The Committee” consisting of five not more than seven (57) stewardsemployees, one of whom shall be designated as a Chairman. Each member of the Committee shall have seniority with the Company and shall be a regular employee of the Company during his term of office. When the bargaining unit exceeds two hundred and fifty (250) members, the Union may have one additional committeeman. Four (4)Committeeman, plus the Plant Chairman, shall be elected from each crew zones within the plant selected to ensure uniform representation. These four (4) Committeemen, and one Plant Chairman, shall be scheduled to day shift. These Committeemen shall be retained and normally work in their respective plant area of representation regardless of seniority so long as there is work they are willing and able to do. When a Committee member is the junior man in the department, and there is a reduction in the department, such committeeman shall stay on his job and the next junior man will be displaced. One (1) from Committeeman shall be elected for the skilled trades; selected from afternoon shift, and one shall be elected for the regular employees night shift. Such Committeemen hold their position only while on the shift in question. The Company will recognize and deal with the Plant Committee on contract negotiations, any matter properly arising out of this Agreement, and the said Committee will co-operate with the Company engaged in jobs covered by the bargaining unit. The Committee will represent all employees covered by this Agreement in matters pertaining to grievances, or alleged grievances concerning the application of the terms and provisions administration of this Agreement. The name and area privilege of each Committee Members to leave work without loss of the stewards and the name of the Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, from time to time selected, shall be given to the Company in writing and posted and maintained by the Union on the notice board as provided in Art. 11. 01. The Union xxxxxxx and Safety xxxxxxx shall not be transferred from his/her crew to another crew whilst work is available in the xxxxxxx’x classification on the xxxxxxx’x crew. 12.02 The Company undertakes to instruct all members of its supervisory staff to cooperate with the stewards in the carrying out of the terms and requirements of this Agreement. 12.03 The Union undertakes to secure from its officers, stewards and members, their cooperation with the Company and with all persons representing the Company in a supervisory capacity, in the carrying out of the terms and requirements of this Agreement. 12.04 The xxxxxxx may request relief from assigned duties pay to investigate a grievance arising from this Agreement without deduction and/or handle grievances or attend meetings with management, including time actually spent in pay. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. This right contract negotiations, is granted on under the following conditions: a) : The time shall be devoted to the prompt handling of grievances as provided for in this Agreement. No more time shall be used than is actually necessary. Each Committeeman will notify his Xxxxxxx when he leaves or returns to his job because of processing grievances. If it is necessary, in order to maintain production, he will wait for a replacement. A replacement will be provided without delay, except in unusual cases, in such cases it will be within the grievance b) hour. The time times away from productive production work shall be reported in accordance with the time keeping methods of the department in which the xxxxxxx Committeeman is employed. c, and paid at the rate (including bonus for incentive jobs) actually paid on the day in question at the employee’s current applicable average for work that day. As part of the orientation procedure for new employees, such employees shall be introduced by their Supervisor to the applicable Zone Committeeman. The Company reserves shall be informed in writing by the Representative of the Union of the names of the Members of the Committee for the plant and also of any changes that may take place from time to time in such Committees. The name and area of each of the stewards and the name of the Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, properly arising from time to time selected, shall be given during continuance of this agreement. No more than two committeepersons to the Company in writing and posted and maintained by the Union on the notice board as provided in Art. 11. 01come from one (I) department. The Union xxxxxxx and Safety xxxxxxx agrees that the members of the Plant Committee have regular duties to perform in connection with their employment, and only such time as is reasonably necessary will be consumed by such persons during working hours in order to attend to the business of administering this agreement. Members of the Plant Committee and the President of the Union shall be paid at their respective hourly rates for time used by them during their regular shift in meetings with the Management, provided that such employees shall not be transferred from his/her crew paid for any time lost while participating in an arbitration proceeding. Before leaving his regular duties on behalf of the Company, a Committeeperson must obtain the permis- sion of his Xxxxxxx to another crew whilst work do so. He shall also report to the Xxxxxxx of any department he thinks it necessary stating his reasons for so doing and securing permission before entering. At the conclusion of his business, he shall report his return to his Xxxxxxx, at which time he shall get the Xxxxxxx’x OK to a time slip such payment as he is entitled to receive under paragraph The Union agrees to supply the Company with the names of the employees who are members of the Plant Committee and will keep such list up to date. PLANT COMMITTEE. 12.01 5.01 The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and establish a Plant Committee consisting of five (5) stewardsone Chairperson, one from each crew Health and Safety representative, two (2) stewards per shift and one (1) person from the skilled trades; selected from the regular employees trades who is certified in their trade. They may request representation of the Company engaged in jobs covered by CAW and/or the bargaining unitLocal President to assist the Plant Committee with any matter properly arising out of this agreement. The Plant Committee will represent all employees covered by this Agreement cooperate with the Company in matters pertaining to grievances, or alleged grievances concerning the application of the terms and provisions administration of this Agreement. . 5.02 Union representatives shall request permission for time off the job to handle grievances and other union business related to this Collective Agreement. 5.03 The name and area names of each of the stewards and the name of the Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, members of the Plant Committee from time to time selected, selected shall be given to the Company in writing and posted and maintained the Company shall not be required to recognize any such xxxxxxx or committee person until it has been notified in writing by the Union on of the notice board as provided in Art. 11name of the same. 01A) For the purposes of negotiating and revising a new collective agreement, the Company will recognize a Negotiating Committee consisting of the Plant Union Chairperson, one (1) Xxxxxxx from each shift and the skilled trades representative, as established by the Union plus a representative from the CAW National Office and the Local 397 President. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. This list will be updated every month by payroll if there are any changes. Instruction will be provided to the Union Chairperson when he has business supervisors to discuss cooperate with a xxxxxxx on another crew. Similarly, such suitable location the stewards to enable them to carry out the provisions of the collective agreement. 5.07 The parties agree the Health and Safety Representative’s normal shift hours will be made available on the day shift however it is further agreed to continue practice of allowing flexibility of the Health and Safety Representative to cover all other shifts if it is necessary. The Plant Leader or designate will determine if these issues warrant the substitution and this will not be unreasonably withheld. 5.09 The Company agrees to provide a Union office furnished with the following items: locking desk, two (2) filing cabinets, one (1) large filing cabinet, one (1) bookcase, one (1) bulletin board, one (1) table with four (4) chairs, two (2) telephones, three (3) computers, one (1) printer, one (1) on-line new fax-copy machine and one (1) paper shredder. 5.10 The Company agrees to provide the President of CAW Local 397 work on straight days as per their departmental shift schedule in the event he/she is an employee covered by this collective agreement. The Company agrees he/she will be provided space in the Union Office. 5.11 The Company recognizes the Union Plant Chairperson as a day shift employee. The Plant Chairperson will function on a plant-wide basis.

PLANT COMMITTEE. 12.01 7.01 The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and a Committee, which shall administer the Agreement on behalf of the Union. The Company shall recognize the said Committee during the continuance of the Agreement. 7.02 The Plant Committee shall be composed of five (5) stewards, one from each crew and one (1) from the skilled trades; selected from the regular employees of the Company engaged in jobs covered by the bargaining unit. The Committee will represent all employees covered by this Agreement in matters pertaining to grievances, or alleged grievances concerning the application of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The name and area of each of the stewards and the name of the Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, elected from time to time selectedand the Stewards selected from time to time in accordance with article 7.08, shall be given below. 7.03 The Union agrees to supply the Company in writing with the names of the Chairperson and posted Stewards constituting the panel of the Plant Committee and maintained by the Union on the notice board as provided in Art. 11will keep such a list up-to-date at all times. 01. 7.04 The Union xxxxxxx and Safety xxxxxxx shall not be transferred from his/her crew to another crew whilst work is available in the xxxxxxx’x classification on the xxxxxxx’x crew. 12.02 The Company undertakes to instruct all members of its supervisory staff to cooperate with the stewards in the carrying out purpose of the terms and requirements of Plant Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as hereinafter set out in this Agreement. 12.03 7.05 No employee shall act in the capacity of Chairperson, Xxxxxxx or Negotiation Committee Member until after he/she has successfully completed the probationary period. 7.06 The Union undertakes Chairperson and Stewards have regular duties to secure from its officers, stewards and members, perform in connection with their cooperation employment with the Company and with all persons representing will not absent themselves from their assigned duties without obtaining permission to do so from their immediate supervisor. Time spent away from the plant shall be at the union’s expense. 12.05 7.07 The Nurse’s officeUnion may appoint or elect a Negotiation Committee not to exceed three (3) employees, or another suitable location within who have successfully completed their probationary period, from the bargaining unit for the purpose of negotiating a renewal collective agreement. The Union will notify the Company, in writing, of the names of the members of the Union Negotiation Committee. The Company will recognize the Union Negotiation Committee for such periods that shall be mutually agreed upon during the two (2) calendar months that immediately precede negotiations and until such time as a new contract is signed in accordance with Article 31. The Union shall undertake to request a leave of absence for regular negotiation committee meetings forty-eight (48) hours in advance. The Company shall not be required to continue to recognize the Union Negotiation Committee following the date of ratification of any renewal collective agreement. 7.08 Shop Stewards will be appointed by the Union on the basis of one (1) xxxxxxx for every one hundred (100) employees actively employed in the plant will with a minimum of three (3) and their duties shall be provided to handle the first stage of the grievance procedure. The designated zones shall be: (a) Zone Toolroom, Maintenance Zone Diecasting, Furnace Zone Finishing and all others The Function of the Plant Committee shall be to: (a) attend all meetings, act as the negotiating Committee for the renewal of this agreement, handle grievances at the designated step of the grievance procedure. The Plant Committee will be assigned to steady days. No employee elected to the Plant Committee or Health and Safety Co-chair, will have their individual classification adjusted during time in office, and will not be restricted from posting for any job. The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select from employees in each crew and of the designated zones, having seniority, a xxxxxxx for each shift for the purpose of handling a grievance of an employee in such zone at the designated step of the grievance procedure. In administering the foregoing there shall be only one (1) xxxxxxx from each zone for each shift. Said information shall be provided no later than the 15th of any one month. Every six (6) months the Company will supply the Unit Chairperson with a complete current mailing list of the employees covered by this agreement. The Company agrees to provide the Unit Chairperson with a filing cabinet, desk and computer. 4.09 The Company will provide for a one hour orientation period for new employees to be excessiveheld once per month. 12.05 The Nurse’s office4.10 Any employee who is to receive a performance review with an “unsatisfactory” rating, or another suitable location within may request the plant will be provided Unit Chairperson to the Union Chairperson when he has business to discuss with a xxxxxxx on another crew. PLANT COMMITTEE. 12.01 (a) The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and select, from the plant union membership, a Plant Committee composed of five not more than three (53) stewards and three (3) alternate stewards, one from each crew and one (1) to be assigned to each active shift. If both the xxxxxxx and the alternate xxxxxxx on the shift are absent from the skilled trades; selected facility, the Union may appoint an individual on the shift to act as xxxxxxx in their absence. The committee shall meet monthly to maintain a harmonious relationship between management and labour. Stewards shall be paid at their straight time hourly rate for attendance at scheduled meetings held on Company premises. The Union Business representative may sit in on any and all such meetings. Notification of the Union Business representative shall be the responsibility of the committeeperson. (b) Each member of the above committee shall have at least one (1) year seniority with the Company. (c) The Union agrees to notify the Company in writing from time to time of the names of the members of the Plant Committee and the effective date of their appointment. Stewards with the Company approval of the supervisor of the department where they are respectively employed shall be permitted during their working hours without loss of time or pay to attend to Union business requirements including but not limited to dues receipts, Workers Compensation issues, leave of absence issues and discussions with all persons representing management, Union and workers with complaints or grievances, subject to a maximum absence from their regular duties of one (1) hour within the Company in a supervisory capacityhours comprising one working day. The time may be extended with mutual agreement of the supervisor and the xxxxxxx. PLANT COMMITTEE. 12.01 The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Plant Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and from employees in the bar- gaining unit having seniority, a Plant Committee comprised of five not more than four (54) stewardsmembers, one of whom shall be the Plant Chairperson. The other three Committee persons shall be designated Zone Committee-persons and shall be selected from the employees in, and shall represent the employees in, their designated Zones. The designated Zones shall be: (a) Zone Toolroom, Maintenance Zone Diecasting, Furnace Zone Finishing and all others The Function of the Plant Committee shall be to: (a) attend all meetings, act the negotiating Committee for the renewal of this agreement, handle grievances at the designated step of the grievance procedure. The Plant Committee will be assigned to steady days. No employee elected to the Plant Committee or Health and Safety Co-chair, will have their individual classification adjusted during time in office, and will not be restricted from posting for any job. The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select from employees in each crew and of the des- ignated Zones, having seniority, a xxxxxxx for each shift for the purpose of handling a grievance of an employee in such Zone at the designated step of the grievance procedure. Union stewards, committeepersons and other officials of the Local Union who are absent from their regular duties while investigating or negotiating grievances or engaged on other official business with Management will be compensated for such time at their regular straight time hourly rate during their normal working hours. Up to three (3) members of the bargaining unit may attend arbitration hearings when required. The Company agrees to provide the Plant Chairperson with an office, provided the Plant Chairperson is employed in the bargaining unit covered by this agreement, that will include a telephone (with voice mail), filing cabinet, desk and chairs. The Company retains the right to limit withdraw office privileges for misuse or abuse after consultation with the National Union Representative. The Plant Chairperson will be supplied a copy of all modified job offers for employees covered by this agreement. The Plant Chairperson will be granted free access to other work areas during his/her working hours provided advance notification is given to his/her supervisor and provided the Plant Chairperson notifies the supervisor of the work area he/she is visiting immediately upon entry to such time if it deems the time so taken area. The Union xxxxxxx and Safety xxxxxxx shall not be transferred from his/her crew to another crew whilst work is available in the xxxxxxx’x classification on the xxxxxxx’x crewwriting. 12.02 The Company undertakes to instruct all members of its supervisory staff to cooperate co-operate with the stewards in the carrying out of the terms and requirements of this Agreement. 12.03 The Union undertakes to secure from its officers, stewards and members, their cooperation co-operation with the Company Company, and with all persons representing the Company in a supervisory capacity, in the carrying out of the terms and requirements of this Agreement. 12.04 The xxxxxxx may request relief from assigned duties to investigate a grievance arising from this Agreement without deduction in pay. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. This right is granted on the following conditions:: - a) The time shall be devoted to the prompt handling of the grievance. b) The time away from productive work shall be reported in accordance with the time keeping methods of the department in which the xxxxxxx is employed. c) The Company reserves the right to limit such time if it deems the time so taken to be excessive. 12.05 The Nurse’s office, or another suitable location within the plant will be provided to the Union Chairperson when he has business to discuss with a xxxxxxx on another crew. Similarly, such suitable location will be made available for other private Union conversations. In either case permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
