Plant F53. ISSUE: San Xxxxxxx requested $2,300,000 for a rerouting project at Plant F53 to improve the energy efficiency of its water system. As part of this project, San Xxxxxxx proposed to acquire land, perform grading, construct a booster station, water storage reservoir, fence and wall, and related site, landscaping and street improvements. XXX recommended the Commission reject San Gabriel’s request for all plant investments associated with the rerouting project, citing the need for a cost-benefit analysis. RESOLUTION: XXX agrees to San Gabriel’s reduced dollar request to fund only the construction of a storage tank and directly related site improvements. The Parties agree not to fund any improvements at this site associated with the reroute project that are not directly related to the proposed tank construction.   • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Preconstruction Phase Services The CM/GC agrees to provide all of the Preconstruction Phase Services described below on an ongoing basis in support of, and in conformance with, the time frames described in the Request for Proposals. Commencement of the Construction Phase shall not excuse CM/GC from completion of the Preconstruction Phase Services, if such services have not been fully performed at commencement of the Construction Phase. Preconstruction Phase Services shall include CM Services performed during the Preconstruction Phase.
