Point of Change of Ownership. The Point of Change of Ownership shall be at the pull section of the new 12kV switchboard panel provided, installed, and owned by the Interconnection Customer.

Point of Change of Ownership. The Point of Change of Ownership shall be the point where the conductors of the Distribution Provider’s 33kV line are attached to the Interconnection Customer’s 33kV line at the Last Structure. The Interconnection Customer shall own and maintain the Last Structure, the conductors, insulators and jumper loops from such Last Structure to the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility. The Distribution Provider will own the insulators that are used to attach the Distribution Provider’s conductors to the Last Structure.

The Distribution Provider will own and maintain the Del Sur Substation, as well as all circuit breakers, disconnects, relay facilities and metering within the Del Sur Substation and will own and maintain the line drop, in their entirety, from the Last Structure to Del Sur Substation. The Distribution Provider will own the insulators that are used to attach the Distribution Provider-owned conductors to the Last Structure. (b) Telecommunication Fiber Optics: The Point of Change of Ownership shall be the point where the fiber optics for the Goldfinger - Del Sur 66kV Generation Line are attached to the Last Structure. The Point of Change of Ownership for the diverse fiber optic cable, if required, shall be an overhead or underground structure adjacent to the Distribution Provider’s Del Sur Substation property line, designated by the Distribution Provider.

Point of Change of Ownership. (a) Antelope - Western Antelope Dry RanchPlainview 66 kV Transmission Line: The Point of Change of Ownership shall be the point where the conductors of the Antelope - Western Antelope Dry RanchPlainview 66 kV Transmission Line attach to the Last Structure, which will be connected on the side of the Last Structure facing Antelope Substation. The Interconnection Customer shall own and maintain the Last Structure, the conductors, insulators and jumper loops from such Last Structure to the Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility. The Participating TO will own and maintain the Antelope Substation, as well as all circuit breakers, disconnects, relay facilities and metering within the Antelope Substation, together with the line drop, in their entirety, from the Last Structure to Antelope Substation. The Participating TO will own the insulators that are used to attach the Participating TO-owned conductors to the Last Structure. (b) Telecommunication fiber optic cable: The Point of Change of Ownership shall be the point where the fiber optic cable (either ADSS or optical ground wire) for the Antelope – Western Antelope Dry RanchPlainview 66 kV Transmission Line is attached to the Last Structure as well as the jumper loops used to connect the Participating TO-owned conductors to the Interconnection Customer-owned conductors. (c) Telecommunication diverse fiber optic cable: The Point of Change of Ownership shall be the point where the fiber-optic cable is attached to the Last Structure.
