Unaccompanied Minors. This service is defined as the transportation of a minor that as of the date of the trip is at least five (5) years old but under fourteen (14) years of age and travels under the custody of a representative of THE CARRIER. The responsible adult shall inform THE CARRIER about his or her requirements or needs at least 48 hours before the trip, or when the reservation is made. THE CARRIER is not obligated to provide such special services if the information is not properly documented in the format set forth for such purposes (i.e. the Special Services Request - SSR). THE CARRIER reserves the right to set a maximum number of unaccompanied minors it may transport per flight. THE CARRIER does not accept or transport unaccompanied minors where the trip involves on its itinerary, flights operated by other carriers.
5.3.2.1. Minors under five (5) years of age may not travel without a responsible adult.
Unaccompanied Minors. A. Carrier will not allow any child under the age of fourteen (14) years of age to travel without an adult.

B. Subject to an additional fee, unaccompanied children between the ages of five (5) and under fourteen (14) years will be accepted by Xxxxxxx provided the child has a Confirmed Reservation, and the flight on which he/she travels is a non-stop flight. Unaccompanied children will not be accepted on flights with intermediate stops or on connecting flights. The parent or adult guardian/custodian must provide Carrier with the completed Unaccompanied Minor Form, evidencing that the child will be met by another parent or adult guardian/custodian upon deplaning at his/her destination. The person meeting the child at his/her destination will be required to present positive identification and sign a release on the Form. The terms and conditions of the Form are hereby incorporated by reference.
C. Passengers fourteen (14) years of age or older are considered adults for purposes of this Section.
D. Carrier reserves the right to limit the number of unaccompanied minors on any flight in the interest of safety, and such determination is made solely at the discretion of Carrier. Should Carrier refuse carriage to any unaccompanied minor on this basis, no recovery is available under Section 27 or 37, but Carrier will endeavor to accommodate the unaccompanied minor on the next available flight.
X. Xxxxxxx will assign seating to unaccompanied minors entirely at its discretion. If any additional fees were collected by Carrier for the purpose of a particular seat assignment for the unaccompanied minor, an appropriate refund will be issued.
F. If any part of the itinerary involves travel on a Codeshare Partner, please see Section 35 and if any part of the itinerary involves travel on an interline partner, please see Section 36 for differences regarding additional requirements that may apply.
Unaccompanied Minors. 1. Unaccompanied minors requesting international protection will be referred to the services responsible for child protection and the fact will be brought to the attention of the Prosecutor.
2. In the cases in which the age cannot be established with certainty, the fact shall be brought to the immediate attention of the Fiscal Ministry, which shall arrange for the determination of the age of the alleged minor, for which the institutions shall collaborate. With priority and urgent character, will carry out the necessary scientific tests. The refusal to submit to such medical examination will not prevent a decision on the application for international protection. Determined the age, if it were a minor, the Prosecutor will make it available to the competent services for child protection.
3. Immediately, measures shall be taken to ensure that the representative of the minor, appointed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of minors, acts on behalf of the unaccompanied minor and assists him/her with respect to the examination of the application for international protection. It must be underlined that Law 12/2009 of 30 October 2009, regulating the law of asylum and subsidiary protection lacks a “reglamento”; that is the specific regulation of the law operationality. This has caused a decade of mismanagement such as the situations recently described. According to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, it has mainly affected to “family reunification, requests formulated in diplomatic missions, deadlines in the border procedure, permanence for humanitarian reasons, protection of persons in a situation of special vulnerability, assistance legal status and freedom of movement to travel to the peninsula of asylum seekers in Ceuta and Melilla.(…) There have been delays or difficulties in applying some provisions of the law, while in other areas there have been divergent interpretations of the legislation by the different actors (Administration, courts, Ombudsman).” (2018:118) The Spanish Ombudsman has also claimed a clarification on the practice of the detention of asylum seekers, and additionally a clarification of the conditions and grounds by which irregular migrants are kept in Foreigner Detention Centres (CIE). Unaccompanied Minors. Children under 16 may not travel without an adult present (in certain instances, such age may be reduced to 13 if permitted by the operating air carrier). Please let us know if any unaccompanied children aged 13 to 17 will be traveling as a passenger without an adult present. If such travel is permitted by the operating air carrier, consent forms may be required from the parents or legal guardians, and these documents must be delivered to Wheels Up for review before the date of the flight. Please let us know if any minor (passenger under 18 years of age) will be traveling internationally as part of your passenger group without both of the minor’s parents or legal guardians present. A notarized consent form will be required from each parent or legal guardian that will not be flying with the minor. Unaccompanied Minors. Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult for us to be able to provide their transportation. Children under 3 years of age may travel unrestrained (on an adult's lap) in the rear of a vehicle if no child seat is provided, however,will still count towards the vehicle occupancy. If customers choose to use or take a child seat, then the child must be included in the total number of passengers travelling, as a seat in the vehicle will be required. Unaccompanied Minors. For some Destinations Travelers who have not reached the age of 18 on the day of departure will be denied boarding if not accompanied by an adult. Please contact the consulate of the country you going to visit and/or airline. Some hotels require Travelers to be not less then 21 years old to checkin.
Unaccompanied Minors. If the student is under 16 and travelling by plane unaccompanied by an adult, it is your responsibility to check the airline’s regulations relating to ‘unaccompanied minors’. Different airlines have different policies and age limits for young persons. We can then ensure that we follow the correct procedures for your child’s arrival and departure. Unaccompanied Minors. This unit is not available for rent to guests under the age of 18 unaccompanied by an adult. The person signing this agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Failure to adhere to this regulation will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and/or eviction.
