Refusal to Transport. THE CARRIER has the right to deny embarkation or carriage of any person, permanently or temporarily, for the following reasons:

Refusal to Transport. Cape Air may refuse to transport, or may remove from the aircraft at any point, any Customer(s):
Refusal to Transport. The welfare of Unaccompanied Minors is a matter we take very seriously. Cape Air reserves the right to refuse transportation if the Company believes there is a significant chance that the flight on which the Unaccompanied Minor holds a reservation may be delayed or terminate at an airport other than the intended destination.
Refusal to Transport. If Cape Air’s refusal to transport the Customer is for reasons defined in section “Refusal to Transport,” the reservation will be cancelled.
Refusal to Transport. Cape Air may refuse transport of a Service Animal when any of the following circumstances apply. In assessing the below, Cape Air will consider if measures exist to mitigate the problem, allowing the animal to be safely and legally transported. If the Service Animal must be refused transport pursuant to this Section, Cape Air will provide a written statement of the reason for the refusal within ten (10) calendar days.
Refusal to Transport. The Carrier may reasonably refuse to transport any cargo that: (a) cannot be transported in accordance with Sections 2.8.6, 2.8.7, or 2.8.9; or (b) would otherwise reasonably endanger the safety of flight.
Refusal to Transport. A. Tradewind shall have the right to refuse to transport or shall have the right to remove from the aircraft at any point, any Passenger for the following reasons:
Refusal to Transport. The Carrier may reserve the right to refuse to transport or may remove from any flight any Passenger for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
1. Government Request or Regulations - whenever such action is necessary to comply with any government regulation or to comply with any government regulation, or to comply with any governmental request for emergency transportation in connection with the national defense, or whenever such action is necessary or advisable by reason of weather or other conditions beyond its control (including but without limitation, acts of God, or events of force Majeure, strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, wars, hostilities or disturbances) actual, threatened or reported.
Refusal to Transport. 12.1. B2 Aviation may, in its sole discretion, refuse to transport or may remove from an aircraft at any point any passenger for one or several reasons, including but not limited to: (i) failure by the passenger to comply with the rules of these Terms of Service or disobeying specific instructions given by aircraft pilots in the interest of safety; (ii) conduct of the passenger that in the judgment of B2 Aviation or the airline is or is known to be disorderly, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or violent or otherwise inimical to the comfort of other passengers or to safety of the flight; (iii) appearance by the passenger that he/she is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs to a degree that refusal or removal may be necessary for the comfort and safety of the passenger, other passengers, or the flight crew. Unauthorized photography in the B2 Aviation lounges or on Flights may also be deemed reason for refusal to transport. The tickets of any passenger refused passage or removed enroute under the provisions of this Section 12 will be refunded to the passenger. Such a refund shall be the sole recourse of any Passenger refused passage or removed enroute. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CARRIER BE LIABLE TO ANY PASSENGER OR REFUSED PASSENGER FOR ANY TYPE OF INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE.
