Liaison Officer. The Association shall appoint, with the consent of the superintendent, a liaison officer whose duties shall be to maintain a consistent, open and positive relationship with the superintendent for the purpose of resolving routine matters between the parties and to maintain a positive relationship between the District and the Association.
Liaison Officer. (a) The Employer recognizes the functions of the liaison officer to include:
(i) servicing complaints or grievances on behalf of the members of the bargaining unit;
(ii) receiving from the Employer, information regarding Employer policies which affect employees.
(b) The Union will inform the Employer in writing, within thirty (30) days of the signing of the agreement, of the names of the liaison officer(s) for the Employer.
10.02 Liaison officers shall obtain the permission of her supervisor before leaving work to attend to activities related to 10.01 (a)(i) above. When resuming their regular work, each liaison officer shall report to their immediate supervisor and in the event of undue delay will give their supervisor a reasonable explanation of their absence. The employee shall not suffer a loss of regular pay while attending to these duties.
(a) The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect and to introduce a new employee to her liaison officer.
(b) In any facility where there is no liaison officer, the Employer shall supply any new employee with a copy of this agreement as soon as possible after the employee commences employment.
10.04 Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave with pay to liaison officer(s) to participate in liaison officer training. The Union will reimburse the Employer for such leave in accordance with 39.06.
Liaison Officer. Each party shall provide the name of a Liaison Officer and the address and telephone number through which contacts are to be made during the term of this Lease. Changes in the appointment of the Liaison Officers shall be made by written notice to the other parties. At all times, the Lessee shall provide qualified personnel to inspect the work, to ensure compliance with the Plans and Specifications, and to represent the Lessee in the ongoing construction, operation and maintenance work.
Liaison Officer. The GLHS Board or a designee shall act as GLHS’ liaison with the City. The Chief of Police of the City of Watertown or a designee shall act as liaison for the City with GLHS and shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this Agreement by the City. All reports, recommendations, and other correspondence shall be directed to the person whose duty it is to see to it that the terms of the Agreement are complied with and fulfilled.
Liaison Officer. From and after Closing, LHT may provide a liaison officer to Newco on a part time basis, designated and paid by LHT, who may coordinate sales, marketing, engineering and business support relating to aircraft engine parts with Newco. Moreover, Newco or its subsidiaries may provide a liaison officer to LHT on a part time basis, designated and paid by Newco, who may coordinate sales, marketing, engineering and business support relating to aircraft engine parts with LHT.
Liaison Officer. The UNION may appoint a Liaison Officer to facilitate improved relations between the employees and the EMPLOYER for this u n it The Liaison Officer shall receive full release time and be paid at the highest grade, step and class provided within this agreement while serving as the Liaison Officer. The Liaison Officer shall not receive overtime for liaison work, however the liaison officer will be paid eight and one-half (8 1/2) hours per day. They also shall receive all increases that are applicable to their classification.

Liaison Officer. An agency official sent to another agency to facilitate interagency communications and coordination.
Liaison Officer. 31.1 The parties shall notify each other of their respective liaison officer for the purposes of this Agreement prior to execution of this Agreement. The Administering Institution’s liaison officer shall liaise with the liaison officer for the Cancer Institute NSW as reasonably required by the Cancer Institute NSW.
