Liaison Officer. 10.01 (a) The Employer recognizes the functions of the liaison officer to include:
Liaison Officer. The Association shall appoint, with the consent of the superintendent, a liaison officer whose duties shall be to maintain a consistent, open and positive relationship with the superintendent for the purpose of resolving routine matters between the parties and to maintain a positive relationship between the District and the Association.

Changes in the appointment of the Liaison Officers shall be made by written notice to the other parties. At all times, the Lessee shall provide qualified personnel to inspect the work, to ensure compliance with the Plans and Specifications, and to represent the Lessee in the ongoing construction, operation and maintenance work.
Liaison Officer. The GLHS Board or a designee shall act as GLHS’ liaison with the City. The Chief of Police of the City of Watertown or a designee shall act as liaison for the City with GLHS and shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this Agreement by the City. All reports, recommendations, and other correspondence shall be directed to the person whose duty it is to see to it that the terms of the Agreement are complied with and fulfilled.
Liaison Officer. From and after Closing, LHT may provide a liaison officer to Newco on a part time basis, designated and paid by LHT, who may coordinate sales, marketing, engineering and business support relating to aircraft engine parts with Newco. Moreover, Newco or its subsidiaries may provide a liaison officer to LHT on a part time basis, designated and paid by Newco, who may coordinate sales, marketing, engineering and business support relating to aircraft engine parts with LHT.

They also shall receive all increases that are applicable to their classification. .

Liaison Officer. The Director of Xxxxxxxx County Small Business Development has been designated as the DBE liaison officer for the DBE Program (the “DBE Liaison Officer”). In that capacity, he/she is responsible for implementing all aspects of the DBE Program and ensuring that the County and the City comply with all provisions of 49 CFR Part 26 in connection with the award and performance of DOT-assisted contracts related to the Banks Project. Implementation of the DBE Program shall be accorded the same priority as compliance with all other legal obligations incurred by the County and the City in their financial assistance agreements with the DOT. The DBE Liaison Officer shall have direct and independent access to the Commissioners, the County Administrator of Xxxxxxxx County (the “County Administrator”), the Mayor of Cincinnati (the "Mayor”) and the Council with respect to matters concerning the DBE Program. Liaison Officer. The Board shall, from time to time, inform the Manager in writing of the names of two (2) directors of the Board who shall act as liaisons between the Board and the Manager. The Corporation may also occasionally designate a member of the Board besides the President of the Board authorized to deal with the Manager on any matter relating to the management of the Property. If such a designation is made, the Manager shall not accept directions or instructions from any individual other than the President of the Board and/or the member of the Board so designated.
