Policy and Group Grievance. 9.7 The bargaining unit has the right to file a policy grievance or group grievance on behalf of two or more members who are similarly affected as a result of an alleged violation of the Agreement. The Board has the right to file a policy grievance. Any policy or group grievance must be filed within twenty (20) days of the event which gave rise to the grievance or within twenty (20) days of the time when the party should reasonably be expected to be aware of the relevant facts. Such grievance shall be filed at Step Two except that a Board grievance shall be filed with the President of the Bargaining Unit and at Step Three, a Board representative shall present its grievance to the Bargaining Unit's Grievance Committee.
