Policy Board Representatives. The Policy Board is the decision-making body of the APO. Each Governmental Unit, with the exception of the City of St. Cloud, shall appoint one representative to the Policy Board which must be an elected official. The City of St. Cloud shall appoint three representatives to the Policy Board, all of which must be elected officials. Agency Unit Members shall each appoint one representative to the Policy Board which must be a member of the Agency Unit’s governing body or a top-level management staff member such as a Director, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer, etc.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement.   • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.

  • Benefits Advisory Committee The Board agrees to establish a Benefits Advisory Committee to provide stakeholder input into maintaining quality and affordable benefits. The focus of this committee shall be to:

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
