Common use of Policy Manual Clause in Contracts

Policy Manual. The Board shall provide, on a yearly basis, the Association with a complete copy of the Board policy of the District. Copies of any new or revised policies adopted by the Board during the contract year shall be supplied to the Association within one (1) week after adoption by the Board. The Board policy of the District will also be made available on the District web site no later than the first day of school each year. Any new or revised policies adopted by the Board during the contract year shall be updated on the District web page at the time they are provided to the Association.
