In the event that a College employee is elected to a full-time political office, the employee may be granted an extended leave of absence without pay for two (2) years. The Board may extend this leave of absence. The College may fill vacancies caused by a political leave of absence by a Leave Replacement appointment (Article 3.07) which may, if necessary, be renewed for a second year.
