THE MINUTES The minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of the Governors shall be drawn up and entered into a book kept for the purpose by the person acting as Secretary for the purposes of the meeting; and shall be signed (subject to the approval of the Governors) at the same or next subsequent meeting by the person acting as chairman ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The minutes shall include a record of:
Board Minutes a. The Board will provide the Association President with a copy of the minutes of each Board meeting when such minutes are available for distribution.
Agenda and Minutes a) Agendas of reasonable length detailing issues in a clear and concise fashion will be developed jointly between the co-chairs, translated into the French language and provided to committee members at least ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting. Agenda items should be of general concern to the parties as opposed to personal concerns of individual employees. It is not the mandate of the Committee to deal with matters that have been filed as central disputes. With mutual consent, additional items may be added prior to, or at the meeting. b) The minutes will be produced by the CTA and agreed upon by the parties on an item-by-item basis. The minutes will reflect the items discussed and any agreement or disagreement on solutions. Where the matter is deferred, the minutes will reflect which party is responsible for follow-up. The minutes will be translated into the French language and authorized for distribution to the parties and the Crown once signed by a representative from both parties.
Books and Records of Account The Company shall maintain adequate books and records of account that shall be maintained on the accrual method of accounting. All of the books of account of the Company shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company, or at such other place or places as may be designated by the Member or an officer of the Company.
Records and Books of Account The records and books of account of the Company reflect all material items of income and expense and all material assets, liabilities and accruals, have been, and to the Closing Date will be, regularly kept and maintained in conformity with GAAP applied on a consistent basis with preceding years.
