PORTAL-TO-PORTAL TIME. Employees shall be paid actual time while traveling between assigned work locations or clients during the workday at least the current minimum wage rate per hour for the State of Montana. The Employer understands the minimum wage rate for Montana is based on the CPI (Consumer Price Index) and can be adjusted by the State of Montana during the life of the agreement. It is also understood that prior to adjusting the Portal to Portal Time, the Employer will notify the Union of its intent to adjust the wage per hour. Employees will not be paid for time spent traveling to the first assigned workplace, nor for traveling from the last assigned work location of the workday. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions).   • Retirement Seminar Release Time 222. Subject to development, availability and scheduling by SFERS and PERS, employees shall be allowed not more than one day during the life of this CBA to attend a pre-retirement planning seminar sponsored by SFERS or PERS.
