Common use of Position Classifications Clause in Contracts

Position Classifications. All bargaining unit employees will be assigned a position classification which will be set out in Appendix “A”. The Association will provide a position description for each bargaining unit position classification set out in Appendix “A”, and for each new position classification or revised position classification it establishes. The Association will provide copies of position descriptions to the Union office at the time they are implemented. The Association will provide a copy of an employee’s respective position description following formal request by the employee.
