Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs. ‌ A. Employees may not use or possess alcohol in state vehicles, on agency premises, or other governmental or private worksites where employees are assigned to conduct official state business except when: 1. The premises are considered residences; or 2. The premises or state vehicles are used for the transportation, purchase, distribution and sale of alcohol pursuant to state law. B. The use or possession of marijuana by an employee is prohibited in state vehicles, on agency premises, or other governmental or private worksites where employees are assigned to conduct official state business. C. The unlawful use, possession, delivery, dispensation, distribution, manufacture or sale of drugs, including marijuana, in state vehicles, on agency premises, or on official business is prohibited.
