Possession of Goods. 1. Partner must cooperate fully and free of charge to enable XSPlatforms to deliver the Goods. 2. Goods not or not timely taken into possession are stored at Partner’s expense and risk. These expenses may include cost of transport, administrative costs and all other costs, damages and/or expenses in connection hereto. 3. If the provisions of paragraph 1 or 2 of this article are infringed, Partner will owe XSPlatforms a penalty for each infringement of EUR 100 per day up to a maximum of EUR 25,000, after XSPlatforms has given notice of default. This penalty can be claimed in addition to compensation by virtue of the law.

Possession of Goods. You must keep the Goods in your possession and control until you have paid all monies due under this Agreement (except where the Goods are being repaired). You must not take the Goods out of New Zealand.
Possession of Goods. Within thirty (30) days of a notice of termination, the City shall take possession of all materials, equipment, tools and facilities owned by the City which the Contractor is using and the Contractor shall deliver to the City all drafts or other documents it has completed or partially completed under this Agreement, together with all other items, materials and documents which have been paid for by the City, and these documents and materials shall be the property of the City.
Possession of Goods. The customer shall not part with possession of the goods or attempt to sell, pledge or create a security interest or permit a lien in the goods or assign the customers rights under this agreement. Minors - If any customers is with or without the vendor's knowledge a minor, then the other(s) of the customers will be the principle customer under this agreement, and their liability will not be limited or affected by any lack of capacity of the minor or through there being no recourse against or right of contribution from the minor or by reason of time or other indulgence granted to the minor. PPSR Registration - The vendor will register a financing statement on the Personal Property Securities Register in respect of this security interest, and the customer agrees to waive the right to receive a copy of any verification statement in respect of this registration. Repossession - Subject to the Act and the Credit (Repossessions) Xxx 0000 upon occurrence of any one or more of the Default Events listed in clause 18 the vendor may do any of the following, enter any premises were the goods are known to be and repossess the goods, and or, terminate this agreement giving the customer notice in writing from the date of the notice or contained within the same.
