Post Leaves of Absence. Except as otherwise specifically assigned to the Ralcorp Group in this Agreement, Post shall retain Liability (including Liabilities for associated administrative functions) for all Post Employees who have commenced a leave of any type prior to the Distribution Date or on and after the Distribution Date subject to the Post Group’s applicable employment practices and policies including the Post Sick Benefit Plan, or other paid time-off plan or policy.
