Post Scheduled Service Provision Date. If Force Majeure had occurred post commencement of operations, upon its coming to an end, the Shelter Management Agency shall resume normal services under this Agreement immediately. The DUSIB, if he considers it necessary, may grant an extension of time to the Shelter Management Agency for resuming normal services under this Agreement. However, the DUSIB, or its nominee will deduct for each day of the extension period a percentage proportionate to the number of days and the volume(s) (measured in terms of ratio to the overall volume as recorded in the previous month) expected in the affected area(s) from the next payable amount as per this Agreement. If normal services are not resumed immediately or within the extended time, the DUSIB will have the option to invoke the Performance Security and/or terminate the Agreement.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment.   • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. Except for those employees in an in-training appointment, all other employees with permanent status who are promoted, or who voluntarily accept a transfer or demotion into a job classification for which they have not previously attained permanent status, will serve a trial service period of six (6) consecutive months. The Employer may extend the trial service period to no more than twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the employee is given written, performance based reasons for the extension. The Employer agrees to notify the employee when it intends to extend the trial service period beyond six (6) months. The employee may choose to notify the union.

  • Service Dates Invoice shall include the beginning and ending date of the work accomplished for the invoice.

  • Transition Period LVRT Standard The transition period standard applies to wind generating plants subject to FERC Order 661 that have either: (i) interconnection agreements signed and filed with the Commission, filed with the Commission in unexecuted form, finally executed as conforming agreements, or filed with the Commission as non-conforming agreements between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006, with a scheduled in-service date no later than December 31, 2007, or (ii) wind generating turbines subject to a wind turbine procurement contract executed prior to December 31, 2005, for delivery through 2007.

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
