Common use of Post-Termination Date Period Clause in Contracts

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31st, 2022, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 35.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31stOctober 1st, 20222010, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 27.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31st31, 20222014, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. 36.5.1 If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 35.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31stMarch 24th, 20222017, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 29.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31stSeptember 14, 2022, all of the provisions of 2014 this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties remain in full force and effect until whichever of the following occurs first:

If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 33.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31stSeptember 30th, 20222001, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 34.3 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31st18th day of September, 20222009, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 26.3 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31st31, 20222018, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 29.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31stSeptember 17, 2022, all of the provisions of 2010 this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties remain in full force and effect until whichever of the following occurs first:

If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 35.3 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31st12th day of September, 20222014, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 33.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31stSeptember 27th, 20221998, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:

Post-Termination Date Period. 37.5.1 If either Party to this Collective Agreement serves notice to the other Party to renew and revise the Collective Agreement in accordance with Clause 30.3 36.4 but a new Collective Agreement is not concluded between the Parties by the termination date of this Collective Agreement, August 31stApril 7th, 20222024, all of the provisions of this Collective Agreement shall continue to be observed by the Parties until whichever of the following occurs first:
