Post-Warranty Services. For Xxxxxx Products, Post-Warranty services provided to Customer by Xxxxxx shall be provided in accordance with Xxxxxx then-applicable Terms and Conditions of Field Labor Services. For Third Party Products, Post-Warranty services provided to Customer shall be provided by Third Party, and shall be provided in accordance with the then-applicable Third Party service agreement.

Post-Warranty Services. Post-Warranty services provided to OEM by Xxxxxx for Xxxxxx Products, shall be provided in accordance with the then-applicable Xxxxxx Terms and Conditions of Field Service Labor Services.
Post-Warranty Services. The post warranty services available to the End User Customer for each Product are outlined on a McDATA Product Exhibit for such Product (see sample attached to this Exhibit as Figure B-3) at prices stated on Figure B-1 of this Exhibit. An End User Customer must execute a McDATA Maintenance Agreement (Figure B-2, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as may be amended from time to time) to receive such post warranty services.

This warranty is available only to the person to whom the unit was originally sold by Danby Products Limited (Canada) or Danby Products Inc. (U.S.A.) (hereafter “Danby”) or by an authorized distributor of Danby, and is non-transferable. TERMS OF WARRANTY Plastic parts, are warranted for thirty (30) days only from purchase date, with no extensions provided. Transportation charges to and from the service location are not protected by this warranty and are t he responsibility of the purchaser.   • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Service Warranty Provider has carefully examined and analyzed the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to all exhibits attached and incorporated into it, and can and will perform, or cause, the Services to be performed in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Agreement.   • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Services Warranty The Contractor warrants and represents that each of its employees, Subcontractors, or agents assigned to perform any services under the terms of this Agreement shall have the skills, training, and background reasonably commensurate with his or her level of performance or responsibility, so as to be able to perform in a competent and professional manner. The Contractor further warrants that the services provided hereunder will conform to the requirements of this Agreement. All warranties, including any special warranties specified elsewhere herein, shall inure to the Judicial Council, its successors, assigns, customer agencies, and any other recipients of the services provided hereunder.

  • Third Party Services Any services required for or contemplated by the performance of the above-referenced services by the Administrator to be provided by unaffiliated third parties (including independent auditors’ fees and counsel fees) may, if provided for or otherwise contemplated by the Financing Order and if the Issuer deems it necessary or desirable, be arranged by the Issuer or by the Administrator at the direction (which may be general or specific) of the Issuer. Costs and expenses associated with the contracting for such third-party professional services may be paid directly by the Issuer or paid by the Administrator and reimbursed by the Issuer in accordance with Section 2, or otherwise as the Administrator and the Issuer may mutually arrange.
