Verification of the Registration of E - Bidders 6.1. Registration shall subject to verification and approval of the Auctioneer’s website and subject further to bank’s clearance of deposit payment. Please take note that approval from the Auctioneer’s administrator may take at least 1 working day and any improper, incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Neither the Auctioneer nor its website nor its agents and/or representative bears any responsibility or assumes any liability in the event that the registration of a prospective E-Bidders is rejected and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever. In the event of the registration is rejected, the deposit paid (if cleared by the bank) shall be refunded to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within three (3) working days.

Registration for E - Bidders 4.1. Parties who are interested to participate in public auction as (“E-Bidders”) may do so by logging on to the Auctioneer’s website and register as a user.
Transfers of Registered Notes 2.1 Transfers of interests in Registered Global Notes Transfers of beneficial interests in Registered Global Notes will be effected by Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and, in turn, by other participants and, if appropriate, indirect participants in such clearing systems acting on behalf of transferors and transferees of such interests. A beneficial interest in a Registered Global Note will, subject to compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory restrictions, be transferable for Notes in definitive form or for a beneficial interest in another Registered Global Note of the same series only in the authorised denominations set out in the applicable Final Terms and only in accordance with the rules and operating procedures for the time being of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Agency Agreement.
Request for Transfer Unless the paraeducator and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from 14 calendar days before the first contract work day until after the 20th contract work day. A transfer will not be considered unless the paraeducator is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services office. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors. The transfer of the paraeducator will be subject to Board approval.
Maintenance of Office or Agency for the Residual Certificates Xxxxxx Mae shall maintain at its expense an office or agency where the Residual Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer and where notices and demands to or upon Xxxxxx Xxx in respect of the Residual Certificates and this Trust Agreement may be served. Xxxxxx Mae initially appoints State Street Bank and Trust Company at its Corporate Trust Office as its office for said purposes. Xxxxxx Xxx will give prompt written notice to the Holders of the Residual Certificates of any change in the location of any such office or agency.
Voter Registration: When designated by the Secretary of State Party agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.

In addition to the duties of an RN2, an employee at this level will perform the following duties in accordance with practice settings and patient or client groups: Duties of a Clinical Nurse Consultant will substantially include, but are not confined to: Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Nurse Manager and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs; Staff and patient/client education; staff selection, management, development and appraisal; Participating in policy development and implementation; Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care; Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to a specific group of patients or clients with complex nursing care needs, in a particular area of nursing practice within a practice setting; Coordinating, and ensuring the maintenance of standards of the nursing care of a specific group or population of patients or clients within a practice setting; and Coordinating or managing nursing or multidisciplinary service teams providing acute nursing and community services. Duties of a Nurse Manager will substantially include, but are not confined to: Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others Including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs; Staff selection and education; allocation and rostering of staff; Occupational health; Initiation and evaluation of research related to staff and resource management; Participating in policy development and implementation; Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency (for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care); Being accountable for the management of human and material resources within a specified span of control, including the development and evaluation of staffing methodologies; and Managing financial matters, budget preparation and cost control in respect of nursing within that span of control. Duties of a Nurse Educator will substantially include, but are not confined to: Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Manager, particularly in the areas of action research; Implementation and evaluation of staff education and development programs; Staff selection; Implementation and evaluation of patient or client education programs;
