The Association may use the College mail service and shall have the right to use on-campus distribution services and faculty mailboxes or email for communication communications to faculty members, including mass distribution. Duly authorized representatives who are members of the Association or their agents shall be permitted to transact official Association business on College property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal College operations.
