POSTING OF CRITERIA. (i) KMLP shall post the criteria to be used in the determination of highest economic value for comparing valid bids in any open season and for comparing pending requests which are valid and competing. The posting will consist of a net present value formula, together with all relevant factors and parameters, such as discount rates. These criteria shall be posted continuously on the Informational Postings portion of KMLP's Interactive Website. KMLP may change the criteria at any time in a manner not inconsistent with the other provisions of this Section 2.1(c), but the revised criteria may only be applied to an open season the posting of which commenced at least one (1) Business Day after the change in criteria has been posted. KMLP cannot change the criteria for any on-going open season. The revised criteria shall apply immediately to all requests received after the change has been posted. In addition, the posting for each individual open season will include the following elements: the date to which all bids are discounted in the calculation of net present value; the discount rate utilized; how a Shipper's willingness or unwillingness to prorate will affect its bid; whether the open season is binding or non-binding; whether KMLP is willing to accept negotiated rate bids (pursuant to Section 30.2 bids submitted as Negotiated Rate(s) or rate(s) under a Negotiated Rate Formula shall be treated, for capacity award purposes, as if the rate(s) paid had been equal to the Recourse Rate); the extent to which advance payments will be considered in evaluating bids; how surcharges and optional service charges will be take into account; and the procedure to be used in breaking ties.

These criteria shall be posted continuously on the Informational Postings portion of TIGER's Interactive Website. TIGER may change the criteria at any time in a manner not inconsistent with the other provisions of this Section 2.1(c), but the revised criteria may only be applied to an open season the posting of which commenced at least one (1) Business Day after the change in criteria has been posted.   • Posting of Positions Notice of any opening for a promotional position shall be posted in all schools and departments by the Division of Human Resources & Equity.

  • Posting of Seniority List The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year. The seniority list shall be posted on the designated bulletin board in each building/work site and will indicate, by area of certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of Board resolution to hire, and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee.   • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee.   • Posting of Shift Schedules (a) Shift and standby schedules shall be posted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the schedule to be worked and the schedule shall be for a minimum of two (2) weeks. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort not to change shifts. If the Employer changes the shift schedule within forty-eight (48) hours of the shift, the Employee(s) affected shall be entitled to overtime compensation for that shift. The Employer must inform Employees of the shift changes made to the posted schedules.

  • Posting of Agreement 68.1 To ensure that the Parties are aware of the terms of the Agreement, and to assist in any resolution of a disputes or the avoidance thereof a copy of this Agreement shall be retained by the Employer at all times for ready access by any Employee on a project site or via access to the Employer’s intranet, and the Employer will provide a permanent copy for each Union Delegate or Employee representative and Health and Safety Representative on a project site.

  • Electronic Posting of Notice of Intended Award Based on the evaluation, on the date indicated in the Timeline of Events the Department shall electronically post a Notice of Intended Award on the VBS and the MFMP Sourcing website for review by interested parties at the time and location specified in the Timeline of Events. The Notice of Intended Award shall remain posted for a period of seventy-two (72) hours, not including weekends or State observed holidays. If the notice of award is delayed, in lieu of posting the notice of intended award the Department may post a notice of the delay and a revised date for posting the notice of intended award.

  • REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS The Contractor shall report to the Engineer details of any accident as soon as possible after its occurrence. In the case of any fatality or serious accident, the Contractor shall, in addition, notify the Engineer immediately by the quickest available means. The Contractor shall also notify the relevant authority whenever the Laws of Kenya require such a report.
