Posting of New Benefited Positions. If a relief nurse works an average of 27 twenty (20) or more hours per week in a unit during a calendar quarter, and such 28 hours worked are not in replacement of other nurses’ use of PTO or leaves of 29 absence, then the Hospital shall post a new benefited position of at least twenty 30 (20) hours per week in that unit.
