Posting of Vacation Schedules. For vacation preference, a blank vacation schedule will be posted and requests shall be made from August 1st to 31st for vacations being taken from December 1st to May 31st, and February 1st to 29th for vacations being taken from June 1st to November 30th. Approvals for requested vacation will be provided within 30 days of these periods. In the case of conflict of preference, seniority will govern. The Employer retains the right to schedule vacations as always to meet its staffing requirements. Vacation quotas shall include only members of the bargaining unit.
