STS-1 Loop STS-1 Loop is a high-capacity digital transmission path with SONET VT1.5 mapping that is dedicated for the use of the ordering customer for the purpose of provisioning local exchange and associated exchange access services. It is a two-point digital transmission path which provides for simultaneous two-way transmission of serial bipolar return-to-zero synchronous digital electrical signals at a transmission rate of 51.84 Mbps. It may provide transport for twenty-eight (28) DS1 channels, each of which provides the digital equivalent of twenty-four (24) analog voice grade channels. The interface to unbundled dedicated STS-1 transport is a metallic-based electrical interface.
Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:
Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.
Scheduled Outages (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period.
Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.
Facility Fee The Company shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Percentage, a facility fee, in Dollars, equal to the Applicable Rate for facility fees times the actual daily amount of the Aggregate Commitments (or, if the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, on the Outstanding Amount of all Committed Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations), regardless of usage, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.18. The facility fee shall accrue at all times during the Availability Period (and thereafter so long as any Committed Loans, Swing Line Loans or L/C Obligations remain outstanding), including at any time during which one or more of the conditions in Article IV are not met, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Closing Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period (and, if applicable, thereafter on demand). The facility fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate for facility fees during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate for facility fees separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate for facility fees was in effect.
C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract. Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
Franchise Fee The fee that Comcast remits to the Township pursuant to Section 622 of the Xxxxx Xxx, 00 X.X.X. §000, and Section 6.1 of this Agreement.
Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Fifty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($51,456.23). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.
