PPO – Mid-Level “Buy-Up” Dental Plan. For the PPO Mid-Level “Buy-Up” plan, the City shall pay the amount of the premium that is provided to unit employees participating in the DMO plan for employees and their qualified dependents. Employees will pay the difference from the DMO dental rates accordingly.
