Common use of Pre-Christmas Schedules Clause in Contracts

Pre-Christmas Schedules. ‌ (a) The pre-Christmas schedule shall be finalized by December 18th each year. Employees shall be given at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice in case of any changes in the schedule. The staff will arrange the work schedule according to the needs of the children and parents and it is agreed that children and parents will not be turned away. A staff member will be on call in case of any last-minute changes which would require extra staff. Parents needing a last-minute change will phone the Centre prior to arrival.
