Common use of Pre-Construction Meetings Clause in Contracts

Pre-Construction Meetings. 3.2.1 Construction Manager and the Design Professional shall jointly schedule and attend regular meetings with the Owner to review and evaluate the Design. The Construction Manager shall, in consultation with the Design Professional, prepare a meeting schedule within five (5) days after execution of this Agreement, or issuance of a notice to proceed, whichever occurs first, and the first meeting shall be held not later than fourteen (14) days after execution of this Agreement, or issuance of a notice to proceed, whichever occurs first.
