Common use of Pre-Discipline Investigatory Meetings Clause in Contracts

Pre-Discipline Investigatory Meetings. A nurse will be provided with 16 advance notice of an investigatory meeting over any issue that may lead to discipline of 17 the nurse. Except in situations where immediate action is needed, the manager will work 18 with the nurse to determine an appropriate time for the meeting, taking into account the 19 manager’s schedule, and the staffing needs of the nurse’s unit. 20
