Pre-January 18 Period Sample Clauses

Pre-January 18 Period. Each of the California Utilities shall be responsible for its share of any Refund Shortfall or Receivables Shortfall allocated to the Pre-January 18 Period, as well as for its share of any Refund Shortfall or Receivables Shortfall attributable to transactions in the PX during the period beginning on January 18, 2001 and ending on January 31, 2001 (such transactions, the “January PX Transactions”). Any such responsibility shall be deemed to be a reversal of amounts allocated to the California Utilities under this Agreement and shall be paid to the CAISO and/or the PX from the amounts allocated to the California Utilities, on a pro rata basis determined with reference to the principal amount of the refunds (including Deemed Distributions) allocated to each of the California Utilities under this Agreement for that period. The California Utilities shall be entitled to payment of any Refund Excess or Receivables Excess allocated to the Pre-January 18 Period and January PX Transactions. Said amount shall be paid on a pro rata basis determined with reference to the total principal amount of the refunds (including Deemed Distributions) allocated to each of the California Utilities under this Agreement for that period.

  • Meal Period Employees shall receive a meal period which shall commence no less than two (2) hours nor more than five (5) hours from the beginning of the employee's regular shift or when the employee is called in to work on their regular day off. The meal period shall be no less than one-half (½) hour nor more than one (1) hour in duration and shall be without compensation. Should an employee be required to work in excess of five (5) continuous hours from the commencement of their regular shift without being provided a meal period, the employee shall be compensated two (2) times the employee's straight-time hourly rate of pay for the time worked during their normal meal period and be afforded a meal period at the first available opportunity during working hours without compensation.

  • Initial Period The Initial Period will begin on the date set forth above (date of signed Agreement) and will terminate on the earlier of (i) the Commercial Operation Date or (ii) the date the Agreement is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(b) or 4(d).

  • Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.

  • Transitional Period At the end of the transitional period as defined in Article 10(2) of the Directive, the contracting parties shall cease to apply the withholding/retention tax and revenue sharing provided for in this Agreement and shall apply in respect of the other contracting party the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive. If during the transitional period either of the contracting parties elects to apply the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive it shall no longer apply the withholding/retention tax and the revenue sharing provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Beginning (i) no earlier than eleven (11) weeks before the expected birth date, and (ii) no later than the actual birth date, and

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
