Common use of Pre-Observation Clause in Contracts

Pre-Observation. A minimum of three (3) school days’ notice shall be provided prior to the pre- observation conference. The administrator must include a checklist with the three-day notice of anything he/she requests to view during the pre-observation conference. During the pre-observation conference, the evaluator and the teacher shall decide on a date for the formal observation. Unless mutually agreed upon, the formal observation shall not occur sooner than 3 days after the pre-observation conference.
