PRE-PAID RENT. When a student first applies to live on campus a one-time payment in the amount of $520.00 is required. Pre-paid rent payments are only requested again if the Student does not continuously live on-campus; with the exception of summer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Student may be eligible for a delay of prepayment as determined by the Department of Housing and Residence Life as set forth in section C. below. Changes to this can be made at the discretion of the Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life or their designee. Following payment of the application fee and the pre-paid rent, the Student’s account will reflect a payment of $600.00, which represents the non-refundable application fee of $80.00 and the pre-paid rent of $520.00.
PRE-PAID RENT. Lessee has this date paid to Lessor (by wire transfer) the sum of receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. So long as there is no then existing uncured Default, an amount equal to such sum shall be credited on the last month’s rental on the term of this Lease. If not credited on the last month’s rental pursuant to the foregoing sentence, Lessor shall return the foregoing amount to Lessee promptly upon Lessee’s surrender of the Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.

PRE-PAID RENT. On the Execution Date, Sub-subtenant shall prepay the ------------- first full month's Basic Rent; provided that in the event that the Commencement Date does not occur, such amount shall be refunded to Sub- subtenant.
PRE-PAID RENT. Upon receipt of Landlord’s Consent, Sublessee shall prepay to Landlord Base Rent in the amount of $32,823.54, the prepaid Base Rent shall be applied to the Base Rent due in the fifth and sixth month of the Term, when the prepayment is exhausted the normal payment of Base Rent shall commence.
PRE-PAID RENT. On the Effective Date, Sublessee shall deliver to Sublessor the pre-paid Sublease Annual Rent for the first month of the Sublease Term in the amount of $16,761.67 (“Pre-Paid Rent”). Absent a breach of the Sublease by Sublessor, including Sublessor’s failure to deliver the Sublease Premises to Sublessee on the Delivery Date (defined below), or Sublessor’s failure to approve the Sublessee’s Plans (defined below), the Pre-paid Rent shall be nonrefundable. If the Sublessor breaches the Sublease, Sublessee shall be entitled to recover from Sublessor the Pre-paid Rent for that portion of the Sublease Term that had not elapsed at the time the breach occurred.
PRE-PAID RENT. On execution hereof, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the amount of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars ($16,667) in Base Rent and estimated Additional Rent in the amount of Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($7,800) for a total of Twenty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars ($24,467), which shall be applied to the third month of the Sublease.
PRE-PAID RENT. A sum equal to any pre-paid rent beyond the Closing for any of the Restaurant Units, prorated on a per diem basis.

Within ten (10) business days following Landlord’s written request, which Landlord may give no sooner than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of Landlord’s Work for the Phase 2 Premises, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the full Base Rent for the first full month after the Phase 2 Rent Commencement Date, calculated by multiplying the anticipated gross square footage as set forth in the Phase 2 Construction Documents (as defined in Section 3.3.3 of the Work Letter) by the Base Rent that will be in effect for the Premises on
