Pre-Project Roadway Condition Survey. An independent pre-Project roadway condition survey shall be undertaken prior to commencement of work by FPLE Illinois Wind in the County, and shall record the condition of the County roads specified on the Site Layout Plan to be used or affected by the Project (the "Affected Roads"). FPLE Illinois Wind shall cause the results of the Independent Road Survey to be shared with the County Engineer promptly upon its receipt thereof. After review of the completed Independent Road Survey, FPLE Illinois Wind and the County Engineer agree to conduct an additional Independent Roadway Survey if all parties reasonably agree that such survey shall be necessary.

Pre-Project Roadway Condition Survey. A pre-Project roadway condition survey (the “Pre-Project Roadway Condition Survey”) shall be undertaken via aerial videography or ground-level survey prior to commencement of the Project in the Town of Hoosick and provided to the Town showing the condition of the Town Roads specified in the Town Route Map. The Town will acknowledge receipt of the survey footage and reports and review its findings.
Pre-Project Roadway Condition Survey. Developer agrees to undertake an independent pre-Project roadway condition survey (the “Independent Road Survey”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Project. Developer shall provide a copy of the Independent Road Survey to the County Engineer promptly upon its receipt thereof and, in any event, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of construction of the Project. After review of the Independent Road Survey, Developer and the County Engineer hereby agree to commission an additional independent roadway survey if the County Engineer, exercising reasonable judgment, agrees that such a survey shall be necessary.

FPLE Illinois Wind shall cause the results of the Independent Road Survey to be shared with the County Engineer promptly upon its receipt thereof and, shall make available to the County Engineer the photographs and video images taken as part of the survey by means of an internet web site (the “Project Web Page”). The Project Web Page shall be accessible to the County Engineer at all times through the conclusion of the Road Maintenance Period. in any event, at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of construction of the Project. After review of the completed Independent Road Survey, FPLE Illinois Wind and the County Engineer agree to conduct an additional Independent Roadway Survey if all parties reasonably agree that such survey shall be necessary.
