Pre-Retirement Counseling. Employees who will be eligible for retirement within one (1) year will be granted one (1) leave day without loss of pay to attend the AFSCME Pre-retirement Counseling Program. Employees on the second shift will be allowed two (2) hours travel time if the Pre- retirement Counseling Program extends beyond 12:00 noon.
