Common use of Pre-scheduled 10-Hour Workdays Clause in Contracts

Pre-scheduled 10-Hour Workdays. The Employer may pre-schedule an employee by mutual agreement, in accordance with Article 7, Section 3 of this Agreement, to work a weekly schedule in which there are a minimum of two ten (10) hour workdays. Straight time twelve hour shifts will be assigned by mutual agreement between the employee, the Employer and the Union. During such payroll weeks, the following special conditions shall apply:
