Information Meeting definition

Information Meeting means a meeting held for the purpose of information and dialogue woth Akwesasne Members on a specific issue or issues and no Resolutions are proposed or passed at the meeting;

Information Meeting means those information-sharing processes deemed appropriate by Council, which may include in-person or virtual meetings, at which any advisors considered appropriate and retained by the First Nation, including legal counsel, a financial advisor and any other persons requested by Council, explain the nature, contents and effects of this Settlement Agreement and the Trust Agreement to the First Nation and its Members.
