Preamble – Job Share. i) Each job sharing arrangement will replace one full-time bargaining unit position. The job will be split into two (2) half- time positions. ii) Job sharing will be limited to one (1) bargaining unit position per team or supervisor unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. iii) Employees shall commit to the job sharing arrangement for a minimum of six (6) months.
